ReplyDeleteI stumbled onto this guy's webpage the other day, and I figured I'd post it so you guys could check it out as well. He's the character who is responsible for the new Tropicana packaging (although his design was so hated by the public that the company has since reverted to their old packaging).
He also created the new Pepsi identity. Seems to be a big fan of all things Swiss, at least when it comes to beverage design/packaging/identites. Anyhoo, I found his portfolio to be fascinating, so I'm passing the link along.

ReplyDeleteSince we are expected to have a proposal ready by our first class, I thought it would be helpful to bounce ideas off of eachother this summer.
My first noteworthy idea is to create a student soup kitchen at SUNY New Paltz. The goal of the project would not only be to help save money, but provide nutritional meals as well.
Do you think this could work as a design project?
Any comments or suggestions?
Will you volunteer in my soup kitchen?
